From the new year, Agnieszka Łyżwińska will take up the position of Managing Director of Renault, Dacia and Alpine EAST (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia).

Agnieszka Łyżwińska has been involved in the automotive industry for nearly 30 years. In recent years, she has served as managing director of the Dacia brand for the entire EAST region (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia). Previously, she was marketing director for the East region for the Renault and Alpine brands. From 2019 to 2021, she was the director of the Polish branch of Nissan Sales Central & Eastern Europe. Her professional career has been linked to the Renault Group for many years — for over 10 years she worked at Renault Retail Group, a network of brand showrooms, where she held the positions of commercial director and sales and marketing director. From 2014 to 2019, she was deputy executive director at Renault Poland. She holds a master's degree in economics and has extensive experience in management, cooperation with dealer networks and marketing.
